In the case of the entry relating to the Criminal Law (Consolidation) Scotland Act 1995, it is commenced so far as it repeals sections 31 to 40 and 42 of that Act. In the case of the entry relating to Part I of the Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act 1995, it is commenced so far as it repeals sections 18 to 20 of that Act.
