2. The Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) Order 1992(1) is amended by substituting for Article 4(6)(2) the following paragraph:
“The former Henry Thornton Secondary School, 45, Clapham Common South Side, SW4 is transferred subject to the following conditions:
(a)That part of the land which abuts Clapham Common South Side and is registered under title number TGL 150604 at HM Land Registry shall be brought into use wholly or mainly for the purpose of an institution for the full-time education of persons over compulsory school age who have not attained the age of nineteen years.
(b)That part of the land which abuts Elms Road and is registered under title number SGL 35568 at HM Land Registry shall by 1st September 2006 be brought into use wholly or mainly for the purposes of an institution for full-time education.”
