2. The sums specified in section 3(7) (maximum fees to be fixed by licensing authority) of the Cinemas Act 1985(1) shall be varied by the substitution of–
(a)the sum of £600 for the sum of £173.50, in both places where it occurs;
(b)the sum of £200 for the sum of £58; and
(c)the sum of £120 for the sum of £35.
