20.—(1) The following are revoked—
(a)the 1995 Regulations;
(b)the Teachers’ Superannuation (Additional Voluntary Contributions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000(1);
(c)the Teachers’ Superannuation (Additional Voluntary Contributions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2001(2);
(d)article 247 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments and Repeals) Order 2001(3);
(e)regulation 27 of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005(4);
(f)regulations 14 to 27 of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006(5);
(g)regulation 8 of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2006(6);
(h)regulations 105 to 111 and paragraph 11 of schedule 2 of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007(7);
(i)regulations 31 to 35 of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2008(8); and
(j)regulations 23 to 26 of the Teachers’ Superannuation (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2014(9).
(2) Anything done under or for the purposes of a provision of the 1995 Regulations has effect, if it could have been done under or for the purposes of the corresponding provision of these Regulations, as if done under or for the purposes of that corresponding provision.
(3) Without prejudice to the provisions of section 16 of the Interpretation Act 1978(10), the revocation of the 1995 Regulations shall not affect any obligation of the Scottish Ministers to pay any pension pursuant to the 1995 Regulations to or in respect of a person who retired or died before 1st April 2015.
