The following acts are repealed as from 21 April 2021:

• Decision 2000/428/EC;

• Decision 2002/106/EC;

• Decision 2003/422/EC;

• Decision 2006/437/EC;

• Regulation (EC) No 1266/2007;

• Decision 2008/896/EC;

• Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1554.

References to those repealed acts shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
