This Regulation provides for private storage aid for butter, as referred to in point (e) of the first subparagraph of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, hereinafter the ‘aid’.

Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1238 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1240 shall apply save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation.
