TITLE IGENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 2Scope
1.
This Regulation applies to the following vessels:
(a)
F1United Kingdom fishing vessels;
(b)
third-country vessels in F1United Kingdom waters.
2.
This Regulation also applies to recreational fisheries where such fisheries are expressly referred to in its relevant provisions.
