The F3... declaration of conformity referred to in paragraph 8 of Article 6 shall state that compliance of the product with the requirements set out in Parts 1 to 6, 16 and 17 of the Annex has been demonstrated and, for UAS, identify its class.

The F4... declaration of conformity shall have the model structure set out in Part 11 of the Annex, shall contain the elements set out in that Part and shall be continuously updated. F5...

The simplified F6... declaration of conformity referred to in paragraph 8 of Article 6 shall contain the elements set out in Part 12 of the Annex and shall be continuously updated. F7... The full text of the F6... declaration of conformity shall be available at the internet address referred to in the simplified F6... declaration of conformity F8....

Where a product is subject to more than one enactment requiring a declaration of conformity, a single declaration of conformity shall be drawn up in respect of all such enactments. That declaration shall contain the enactments concerned.

By drawing up the F10... declaration of conformity, the manufacturer shall assume responsibility for the compliance of the product with the requirements laid down in this Chapter.
