F2Consignments of rendered animal fats and greaves intended for human consumption may only be authorised for entry into Great Britain if they come from such territory or part of the third countries or regions authorised for the import of meat products into Great Britain in accordance with Article 3(b)(i) of Decision 2007/777/EC as the Secretary of State, with the consent of the Scottish Ministers (in relation to Scotland) and the Welsh Ministers (in relation to Wales), may specify in a document published for the purposes of this Article.
