In the context of carriage of goods between the territory of the Union and the territory of the United Kingdom undertaken by a Union road haulage operator that relies on rights granted by the United Kingdom, as referred to in Article 7 of this Regulation, equivalent to those granted under this Regulation, Regulation (EC) No 1072/2009 shall apply to the part of the journey on the territory of the Member State of loading or unloading.

In the context of carriage of passengers between the territory of the Union and the territory of the United Kingdom undertaken by a Union coach and bus service operator that rely on rights granted by the United Kingdom, as referred to in Article 7 of this Regulation, equivalent to those granted under this Regulation, Regulation (EC) No 1073/2009 shall apply to the part of the journey on the territory of the Member State of picking up or setting down.
