CHAPTER IVU.K.COMMUNICATIONS, PUBLICATION AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 30U.K.Communications between the [F1Secretary of State, applicants], third countries and other operators

1.The documents and information required for the implementation of Chapter II shall be communicated to the [F2Secretary of State by electronic mail, using the forms set out in Annexes 1 to 7].

3.The documents and information required for the implementation of Chapter III shall be communicated to the [F4Secretary of State], via electronic mail, using the forms set out in Annexes VIII to XI.

Article 31U.K.Submission and receipt of communications

1.The communications and submissions referred to in Article 30 shall be deemed to have been made on the date on which they are received by the [F11Secretary of State].

3.For communications and submissions of files made via electronic mail, the [F13Secretary of State] shall confirm receipt via electronic mail.

[F14The Secretary of State] shall attribute a file number to each new application for protection, for a [F15non-standard amendment, UK standard amendment or UK temporary amendment], communications concerning applications for [F16third country] standard amendments and communications concerning applications for [F16third country] temporary amendments.

The confirmation of receipt shall include at least the following elements:

(a)the file number;

(b)the name concerned;

(c)the date of receipt.

The [F17Secretary of State] shall notify and make available information and remarks regarding such communications and submission via electronic mail.

Article 32U.K.Information to be made public

The information the [F19Secretary of State] is to make public in accordance with Section 2 of Chapter I of Title II of Part II of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, with Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33 and with this Regulation shall be made public [F20in such manner as appears appropriate to the Secretary of State from time to time].

Article 33U.K.Publication of the decision

Decisions conferring or rejecting protection, decisions approving or rejecting [F21non-standard] amendments, as referred to in Chapter II, and decisions rejecting objections as inadmissible, as referred to in Article 111 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013, shall be published [F22by the Secretary of State. They may be published in such manner as appears appropriate to the Secretary of State from time to time].

Decisions conferring or rejecting protection and decisions approving or rejecting modifications, as referred to in Chapter III, shall be published [F23by the Secretary of State. They may be published in such manner as appears appropriate to the Secretary of State from time to time].

Article 34U.K.Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
