The application for protection of a traditional term shall be communicated to the F1Secretary of State by a representative professional organisation established in the United Kingdom or a third country, as relevant, or, in the case of a third country, by a competent authority of that third country, in accordance with Article 30(3).

In the case of a request submitted by a representative professional organisation F2..., the applicant shall communicate the information regarding the representative professional organisation and its members to the F3Secretary of State in accordance with Article 30(3). The F3Secretary of State shall make this information public.
