Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 821/2014 is amended as follows:

data field 7.2 is replaced by the following:

Financial instrument set up at national, regional, transnational or cross-border level, managed by or under the responsibility of the managing authority referred to in Article 38(1)(b), supported from ESI Fund programme contributions under points (a), (b), (c) and (d) of Article 38(4) of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013

a new data field 7.3 is added:

7.3	Financial instrument combining a financial contribution from the managing authority with EIB financial products under the European Fund for Strategic Investment in accordance with Article 39a, referred to in Article 38(1)(c)
