Documentary checks on consignments of plants, plant products and other objects as referred to in point (c) of Article 47(1) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 entering F1Great Britain from a third country may be performed by either of the following:

1. (a)

   where consignments arrive at a border control post, competent authorities situated at a distance from the border control post or at a control point other than a border control post F2...;

2. (b)

   where consignments are subject to a reduced frequency rate as laid down in the rules referred to in point (g) of Article 1(2) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and arrive at a point of entry other than the border control post, the competent authorities at the point of entry into F3Great Britain.
