Article 10 U.K. Transitional measures

As from 25 December 2019 until 28 February 2021, the product fiche required under point (b) of Article 3 of Regulation (EU) No 1061/2010 may be made available [F1 on a publicly accessible website] established by Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1369 instead of being provided in printed form. In this case the supplier shall ensure that if specifically requested by the dealer, the product fiche shall be made available in printed form.
