Article 12Network
1.
EU-OSHA shall set up a network comprising:
(a)
the main components of the national information networks, including the national employers' and employees' organisations, in accordance with national law or practice;
(b)
the national focal points.

The Member States shall regularly inform EU-OSHA of the main components of their national safety and health at work information networks, including any institution which in their judgement could contribute to EU-OSHA's work, taking into account the need to ensure the fullest possible coverage of their territory.
The national authorities or a national institution designated by the Member State as a national focal point shall coordinate and transmit the information to be supplied at national level to EU-OSHA within the framework of an agreement between each focal point and EU-OSHA on the basis of the work programme adopted by EU-OSHA.
The national authorities or national institution shall consult the national employers' and employees' organisations and shall take into account their point of view in accordance with national law or practice.
3.
Topics that have been identified as being of particular interest shall be listed in EU-OSHA's annual work programme.
