For the purposes of fulfilling the obligations laid down in Articles 53 to 56 of Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 and Article 8 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1322/201411, where the manufacturer of an agricultural or forestry vehicle is not the engine manufacturer, the engine manufacturer shall make available to the vehicle manufacturer the information necessary to fulfil those obligations.
