Article 2

Regulation (EC) No 340/2008 as last amended by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/8643 shall apply to applications submitted before 15 July 2018.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/864 of 4 June 2015 amending Regulation (EC) No 340/2008 on the fees and charges payable to the European Chemicals Agency pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) (OJ L 139, 5.6.2015, p. 1).
