Managers of money market funds (MMFs) shall use the template in the Annex to this Regulation when reporting to the competent authority of a particular MMF, as stipulated by Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1131.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 21 July 2018.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
