C/2018/2154 eng 2018-05-04T08:52:55.077+02:00 2018 05 04 Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 December 2019. By way of derogation from the second subparagraph, substances and mixtures may before 1 December 2019 be classified, labelled and packaged in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, as amended by this Regulation.
