This Regulation shall apply to the verification of greenhouse gas emissions and tonne-kilometre data occurring from 1 January 2019, reported pursuant to F1regulation 35(4) and paragraph 2(1)(e)(ii) of Schedule 4 to the 2012 Regulations.
