CHAPTER 8 U.K. Final provisions

Article 55 U.K. Amendment to Directive 2013/30/EU

In Article 25 of Directive 2013/30/EU, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following:

‘1. Member States shall report annually to the Commission, as part of the annual reporting referred to in Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council(1), the information specified in point 3 of Annex IX.’.
