aid by 15 December of the year preceding the year for which aid is requested.By way of derogation from the first paragraph, where the third subparagraph of Article 33(2) or the second subparagraph of Article 34(1) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/891 applies, the appropriate authority shall notify those organisations and associations of the approved amount of aid by 20 January of the year for
