Producer organisations and associations of producer organisations shall notify the F1appropriate authority for the constituent nation in which their head office is located of the estimated amounts of F2... financial assistance F3referred to in Articles 32(1)(b) and 34 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 and of the contribution, of its members and of the producer organisation or association itself, to the operational funds for the following year, by F415 September F41 March at the latest, together with the operational programmes or any request for approval of amendments to an existing operational programme.

However, F5nothing in this Regulation prevents the appropriate authority from setting a later date than F415 September F41 March.

The calculation of the estimated amount of operational funds shall be based on the operational programmes and the value of marketed production. The calculation shall be split between expenditure for crisis prevention and management measures and other measures.
