Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1243/2014 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   in Article 2, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:

   ‘2.

   The list of data shall be recorded and provided to the Commission by 31 March each year, in accordance with the templates set out in the Annexes to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1242/20145, for each operation selected for funding under the operational programme supported by the EMFF.’;

2. (2)

   Article 3 is deleted;

3. (3)

   the table in Part A of Annex I is replaced by the table in Annex I to this Regulation;

4. (4)

   the table in Part B of Annex I is replaced by the table in Annex II to this Regulation;

5. (5)

   the table in Part C of Annex I is replaced by the table in Annex III to this Regulation.

6. (6)

   the table in Part D of Annex I is replaced by the table in Annex IV to this Regulation.
