Regulation (EC) No 891/2009 is amended as follows:

In Article 1, point (f) is replaced by the following:
‘(f)Article 27(3) of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, of the other part(1), as amended by the Protocol to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union(2),’

In Annex I, Part II is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.
