Poland shall inform the Commission of the measures taken in accordance with Article 3 not later than 10 days after the entry into force of this Regulation.

No later than 30 October 2017, Poland shall send to the Commission a detailed report on the implementation of this Regulation, including details as regards the execution of the measures taken and checks carried out in accordance with Article 3.

Poland shall communicate to the Commission the clearance of payments.
