Article 59Designation of border control posts

F1Competent authorities F2may designate border control posts for the purpose of performing official controls on one or more of the categories of animals and goods referred to in Article 47(1).

The competent authority must notify the other competent authorities of the constituent territories of the British Islands before designating a border control post.
