Article 58Format, time requirements and specific rules for the use of the CHED

The F1appropriate authority may make regulations laying down rules on:

  1. (a)

    the format of the CHED and the instructions for its presentation and use, taking into account relevant international standards; and

  2. (b)

    the minimum time requirements for prior notification of consignments by operators responsible for the consignment as provided for in point (a) of Article 56(3) in order to enable the competent authorities F2... to perform official controls in a timely and effective manner.
