If F3the relevant authority does not make products under the school scheme available free of charge, it shall explain in its strategy F4(as referred to in Article 23(8) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013) the arrangements it has put in place to ensure that F5school scheme aid is reflected in the price at which those products are made available.

The relevant authority must publish its strategy online by 30 April preceding the first school year covered by the strategy, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
