This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 11(1) shall apply from the date of entry into force of the delegated acts adopted by the Commission pursuant to Articles 6(5) and 7(15) of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, whichever is the latter.
