SECTION 8 Access to CSDs

Article 37Access rules

An application for authorisation shall include a description of the procedures for dealing with the following requests for access:

  1. (a)

    from legal persons intending to become participants in accordance with Article 33 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation;

  2. (b)

    from issuers in accordance with Article 49 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation;

  3. (c)

    from other CSDs in accordance with Article 52 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation;

  4. (d)

    from other market infrastructures in accordance with Article 53 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014 and Chapter XIII of this Regulation.
