F2UK plant passports for movement within F3Great Britain, the introduction into Great Britain from a CD territory and the introduction into a CD territory from Great Britain shall comply with one of the models provided for in Part A of the Annex.

F4UK plant passports for introduction into, and movement within, a F5GB pest-free area and for the introduction into a CD pest-free area, shall comply with one of the models provided for in Part B of the Annex.

F6UK plant passports for movement within F7Great Britain, the introduction into Great Britain from a CD territory and the introduction into a CD territory from Great Britain, combined with a certification label pursuant to the F8first subparagraph of Article 83(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, shall comply with one of the models provided for in Part C of the Annex.

F9UK plant passports for introduction into, and movement within, a F10GB pest-free area and for the introduction into a CD pest-free area, combined with a certification label pursuant to the F11first subparagraph of Article 83(5) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, shall comply with one of the models provided for in Part D of the Annex.
