The import tariff quotas for certain products originating in Ukraine, referred to in the Annex, shall be open annually from1 January 2018 to 31 December 2020.

Duties on imports within the import tariff quota referred to in paragraph 1 shall be levied at a rate of EUR 0 per tonne.

Regulations (EC) No 1342/2003, (EC) No 1301/2006 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1239 shall apply, save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation.
