Article 66Reporting obligations with regard to port inspections

If the port inspection report cannot be transmitted within the period of  F514 days referred to in paragraph 1, the F6inspecting fisheries administration must notify the F7ICCAT Secretariat within that period of the reasons for the delay and when the report will be submitted.

If the information collected during the inspection provides reasons to believe that a third country vessel has committed an infringement of the ICCAT conservation and management measures, Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 shall apply.
