F1A fisheries administration of the large-scale pelagic longline vessel engaged in transhipments at sea shall review the information received pursuant to this Regulation so as to determine consistency between the reported catches, transhipments and landings of each vessel, including in cooperation with the landing State as necessary. That verification shall be carried out in such a manner so as to ensure that the vessel suffers the minimum interference and inconvenience and that deterioration in fish quality is avoided.
