1.All transhipment operations shall take place in designated ports, except those carried out by large-scale pelagic longline vessels pursuant to Articles 53 to 60.
2.[F1United Kingdom fishing vessels] shall comply with the obligations set out in Annex VII when carrying out transhipments in port.
3.This Article shall be without prejudice to Articles [F217, 19, 20, 21 and 22] of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 and Articles 4, 6, 7 and 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008.
