All transhipment operations shall take place in designated ports, except those carried out by large-scale pelagic longline vessels pursuant to Articles 53 to 60.

F1United Kingdom fishing vessels shall comply with the obligations set out in Annex VII when carrying out transhipments in port.

This Article shall be without prejudice to Articles  F217, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 and Articles 4, 6, 7 and 8 of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008.
