Article 17 U.K. Restrictions on the number of vessels

The maximum number of [F1 United Kingdom] catching vessels targeting North Atlantic albacore in the ICCAT Convention area shall be determined as the average number of [F1 United Kingdom] catching vessels fishing for North Atlantic albacore as a target species during the period 1993 to 1995.
