Article 17Restrictions on the number of vessels

The maximum number of F1United Kingdom catching vessels targeting North Atlantic albacore in the ICCAT Convention area shall be determined as the average number of F1United Kingdom catching vessels fishing for North Atlantic albacore as a target species during the period 1993 to 1995.
