This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

SIPS operators who were notified of the decision of the Governing Council pursuant to Article 1(2) of Regulation (EU) No 795/2014 (ECB/2014/28) before this Regulation enters into force shall have one year from the date of entry into force to comply with the requirements laid down in this Regulation, except for the requirements laid down in points (5) and (6) of Article 1 in respect of which they shall have 18 months.
