CHAPTER IIESTABLISHMENT, TASKS AND BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE EPPO
Article 3Establishment
1.
The EPPO is hereby established as a body of the Union.
2.
The EPPO shall have legal personality.
3.
The EPPO shall cooperate with Eurojust and rely on its support in accordance with Article 100.
