Article 5 U.K. Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2020 [F1 except in relation to Article 3, which applies until 21 April 2021.]
