Article 132Data collection and delivery process
1.
The data collection and delivery process shall comprise the following:
(a)
measurements of the system frequency;
(b)
calculation of the frequency quality evaluation data; and
(c)
delivery of the frequency quality evaluation data for the criteria application process.
2.
The data collection and delivery process shall be implemented by the synchronous area monitor appointed in accordance with Article 133.
