F4Great Britain’s general market surveillance programmes or sector specific programmes established pursuant to Article 18 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008 shall include actions to ensure the effective enforcement of this Regulation.

Market surveillance authorities shall have the right to recover from the supplier the costs of document inspection and physical product testing in case of non-compliance with this Regulation or the relevant delegated acts.
