Article 29Information exchange for the outcome of the supervisory review and evaluation process
The information to be communicated by the competent authorities of the home Member State to the members of the college shall cover the information referred to in Article 4, Article 5, Articles 7 to 13 and Article 17 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 524/20149 as a result of the supervisory review and evaluation process performed in accordance with Article 97 of Directive 2013/36/EU.
