Article 2 U.K. Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The following points of Article 1 shall apply from the date indicated for them:

(a)

point (1) shall apply from 7 May 2017;

(b)

points (2) and (3) shall apply from 1 January 2016;

(c)

point (8) shall apply from 7 November 2016.
