Article 2 Member States may authorise introduction of commodities covered by the certificate provided for in point (2)(b) of the Annex to this Regulation, only if that certificate issued by the competent authority of Singapore and the veterinary certificate issued by the competent authority of New Zealand have been issued after 26 April 2016. Article 3 This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
