The closing date for the submission of tenders for subsequent individual tenders is the first and the third Tuesday of the month at 12.00 (Brussels time). If Tuesday is a public holiday the time limit shall be 12.00 (Brussels time) on the previous working day. 2 Tenders shall be submitted to the intervention agencies approved by the Member States.
