CHAPTER VTRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS OF REGULATION (EU) NO 575/2013
Article 21Article 480(3) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013: Recognition in consolidated own funds of minority interests and qualifying additional Tier 1 and Tier 2 capital

During the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2017, as referred to in Article 480(3) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, the value of the applicable factor under Article 480(1) of that Regulation shall be:
(a)
0,6 during the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2016; and
(b)
0,8 during the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.

This Article is without prejudice to national law in force prior to the entry into force of this Regulation where such law sets factors that are higher than those specified in paragraph 1.
